Acceptance

If you do not agree, please leave the site and contact us by telephone or post instead. Formal audit engagements begin only when both parties sign a separate engagement letter that supersedes website copy for that assignment.

Fee guidance, field notes, and service descriptions are general information about financial auditing. They are not an audit opinion, tax advice, or a commitment to accept a particular client.

Intellectual property

Text, layout, and branding on this site belong to Juniper Ledger Review unless otherwise credited. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without written permission.

Liability

We take care to keep website information accurate, but we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of web pages, including reliance on illustrative fee ranges. Liability for signed audit work is limited as stated in the engagement letter for that work.

User conduct

Do not misuse the contact form to send unlawful, harassing, or confidential third-party data without authority. We may ignore or delete abusive submissions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts with jurisdiction in Kumamoto Prefecture shall hear disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
