This notice explains how Juniper Ledger Review handles personal data when you visit networkconnectivityhub.digital or inquire about financial auditing services.

Data we collect

Contact forms collect your name, email address, optional preferred fieldwork date, selected engagement type, and the contents of your message. Server logs may record IP address and browser type for security.

Purpose and legal basis

We process inquiry data to respond to engagement requests and schedule scoping discussions. Website analytics cookies, if accepted, help us understand which pages are read. Processing is based on your request for steps prior to a contract and, where required, consent for optional cookies.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept for up to twenty-four months unless an engagement letter is signed, in which case records follow the retention schedule in that letter and applicable audit documentation rules in Japan. Analytics data, if collected, is retained in aggregate for up to thirteen months.

User rights

Subject to Japanese law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing the stored preference and revisiting the site. Raise complaints with the Personal Information Protection Commission of Japan if you believe we have mishandled your data.

International transfers

Our primary records are maintained in Japan. If a service provider stores backups outside Japan, we require contractual safeguards appropriate to the destination and limit transfers to what is necessary to operate the website or respond to you.
